As of today, November 2, 2023, the Society for the Preservation of Historic Oakwood (SPHO) is thrilled to announce that our much-anticipated annual event, the Historic Oakwood Candlelight Tour®, has sold out! The overwhelming response and support from our community have left us humbled and grateful. We extend our deepest appreciation to everyone who has shown such enthusiasm in ensuring the success of this event.

It is through initiatives like these that we are able to continue our dedicated efforts in preserving and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Oakwood. By showcasing the grandeur of the past, we hope to inspire future generations to appreciate and cherish the historical significance of this remarkable neighborhood. Although tickets for this event are no longer available, we encourage those who were unable to secure a spot to stay connected with us. Follow our website and social media platforms to stay informed about upcoming events and opportunities to contribute to the preservation of Historic Oakwood.

We are extremely grateful for the immense support we have received, as it plays an instrumental role in carrying out our mission. Your overwhelming response demonstrates not only the enthusiasm for heritage preservation but also the shared commitment we have as a community to safeguard our roots. Once again, thank you for your incredible support. We look forward to welcoming all those who have secured their tickets to this event.
